Welcome to World Breakbulk Expo! To help you enter the venue smoothly and efficiently, follow this simple step-by-step guide designed specifically for our international visitors.

Step 1: Before You Arrive

Save time and skip the on-site queues by registering online in advance.

Review the event schedule and exhibitor list in advance to identify must-attend sessions and key partners you want to meet.

Step 2: Arriving at the Venue

Venue: Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (North Gate)

Address: No 850, Guozhan Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China

Step 3: Badge Collection & Entry 

# For Overseas Visitors

• Please save the confirmation letter it in your mobile, and bring the passport or ID you used during registration.
• First, head to the HELP DESK for overseas attendees, located on the 1st Floor (North Entrance) of the venue. Our onsite staff will assist you.
• After verification, please proceed to the manual registration counter on the 2nd Floor to collect your badge.

Step 4: For On-site Payment:

If you need to register and pay on site, please follow the entry procedures above (Step 3) to enter the venue. Then proceed directly to the manual registration counter on the 2nd Floor to complete your payment and collect your badge.

# Accepted payment methods:

    A. Cash (RMB 720 or USD 105), WeChat Pay, Alipay, Union Pay;

    B. You can still log in to this registration system and use Master or Visa credit cards for payment.
