General responsibilities:
Daily operation on sea and air both for export and import

Detailed responsibilities:
1. Follow up routine operation on docs and field work
(execute booking, clearance and delivery/pick-up arrangement; monitor cargo loading/discharging at onsite )
2. Follow up tracking until goods arrive in destination
3. Work out smooth and good arrangement with vendors
4. Keep good internal & external communicate on shipment status
5. Check and make sure the accuracy of invoice to& from customer and overseas and local agents.
6. Assist finance colleague to push the outstanding
7. Any other task assigned by manager

Position requirements:
1. Above 3 years work experiences in sea operation
2. Drive skill
3. Good English in both oral and written
4. Strong team spirit
5. Can be faced and solved problems independently under pressure
