Kan CHEN

Kan Chen is the Vice President of MILKYWAY. He has been in the international project logistics and heavylift cargo transportation for nearly 20 years. He participated various capital investment project in China including power generation and transmission, petrochemical plant, TBM (tunnel boring machine) and rolling stocks etc. The export EPC projects in OBOR(one belt one road) countries are also in Kan’s experience which is one of the key focuses to develop. Kan has good command of project management to help build workable and localized execution plan for project delivery safely and timely by resources mobilization and re-organization. He has deep insight into client’s growing expectation and diversified competition in the market, where he sees co-existence of challenge and opportunity for business.
