Before founding Sino Projects, with focus on projects between China and CIS , David Xu has been deeply involved in Project Logistics for a top paper mill and a leading European project forwarder for several years . Since 2008 he started career on OOG transport from China to Russia with dedication to be “ Cross-Border Project Logistics Practitioner ” between China and Russia & Centra Asia countries . With focus on Projects, OOG & Heavy Cargo transport from China to Russia & Central Asia Countries along “Belt& Road” since its beginning, Sino Projects have built up a solid network throughout China to Russia & Central Asia Countries by  land, sea and multimodal transport , aiming to be the “Project Bridge between China and CIS”.
