Xoán Martínez Reboredo is the CEO of Kaleido Logistics, a global logistics company with fifty years of experience delivering complex, tailor-made and technology-driven transport solutions worldwide.

With an extensive career in international logistics, Xoán has developed deep expertise in the transport and project management of complex and oversized cargo, including wind energy components and other industrial equipment. He has led and overseen large-scale, highly complex operations across multiple continents, coordinating multimodal supply chains that require precise planning, technical expertise, and close collaboration with global partners.

A significant part of his professional trajectory has focused on multimodal logistics in Africa, where he has played a key role in defining and advising transport strategies that combine maritime, road, rail, and inland logistics solutions. His hands-on experience in the region has given him first-hand insight into the strategic importance of African trade corridors, as well as the operational, infrastructural, and regulatory challenges that shape them.

Xoán has also been deeply involved in the definition and implementation of Kaleido Logistics’ internationalization strategy, a process that has enabled the company to establish its own assets and operational teams in China, South Africa, Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, Brazil, Spain, and Portugal. Under his leadership, Kaleido has significantly diversified its client and sector portfolio, expanding into industries such as automotive, renewable energy, natural resources, textiles, electronics, fisheries, and the naval sector, among others.
