Ruixia YANG

Ms. Yang Ruixia  is the general manager of Shanghai Xiaobaixiong Digital Technology Co., Ltd.

Ms. Yang holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and was awarded the “Leaders for Global Operations” certificate by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Since graduation, she has been consistently engaged in supply chain management, holding positions at a major state-owned enterprise and a Fortune 500 company. With over a decade of experience in supply chain management across sectors including engines, automotive components, photovoltaic power, and gas-fired power generation, Ms. Yang began focusing on the Central Asian and Russian markets in 2021. She has since provided integrated supply chain solutions for overseas projects undertaken by numerous leading companies in the power, water conservancy, and automotive industries.
