Chuang LU

Mr. Lu Chuang graduated from Wuhan University with a degree in Logistics Management and holds the title of Senior Economist. He currently serves as Director of the Logistics Division within the Procurement Department at Hubei Electric Power Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. With extensive experience in procurement, logistics transportation, foreign trade, and commercial operations related to overseas power engineering projects, Mr. Lu is well-versed in international logistics management, international trade practices, and the processes involved in equipment procurement, cross-border transportation, and customs clearance for power engineering projects. He has participated in dozens of overseas projects, overseeing the complete equipment logistics and import/export operations for initiatives including heavy oil power plant projects in Bangladesh, photovoltaic and wind power projects in Vietnam, and heavy oil power plant and transmission line projects in Africa.
